The Shared Recognition
Movital Association was founded by four professionals based on a shared recognition: supporting health, movement, and human functioning cannot be successful through isolated approaches. We all experienced in our own fields that the system often separates professions rather than connecting them, even though true development requires cooperation, a common language, and respect for each other's knowledge.
Our Approach
Our mission is to develop a professional and community approach where movement, body awareness, prevention, and health preservation appear as mutually reinforcing elements. We believe that people can make responsible decisions about their own health if they understand how their bodies work, recognize the importance of prevention, and receive appropriate professional support along their journey.
Community
Movital is not just about movement. We are working on building a community where professionals, families, institutions, and interested individuals can think together about a healthier future. Our goal is to promote the transfer of high-quality professional knowledge, continuous development, and the formation of supportive professional relationships.
Prevention and Development
We consider prevention extremely important, because the better we understand how our bodies work, the more we can do for our health, movement, and quality of life. At the same time, we profess that the possibility of change is not tied to age or condition. If something is not working properly, there is always an opportunity to look for new solutions, develop, and move forward.
Programs and Vision
Our association works through educational, training, sports, recreational, and awareness-raising programs to ensure that movement is not an obligation, but a natural part of life. We want to build a future where conscious movement, body awareness, and cooperative professional communities contribute to the development of a healthier, freer, and more sustainable society.
More Than Movement
Because movement is more than movement. It is a connection with ourselves, with each other, and with our possibilities. And we want to make this connection accessible to as many people as possible – and deepen it among professionals.
